Covid-19 Shipping Delay Notice

Applicable to all orders which are processed with normal turnaround.

Due to the massive demand for deliveries across United States, as well as modified practices by our shipping team to keep their workforce and customers safe, customers will face delays in shipping. These delays will be for the orders that exceed 300lbs weight and those which are placed with normal turnaround. We can give you an estimated arrival time which may further associate with a delay due to any reason. Therefore, we are unable to give you an accurate estimate of your shipment’s arrival date. Please use the provided tracking information to check online for the most up to date information on the shipment. Delays of several days or even weeks are not uncommon at this time. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Important COVID-19 Updates in Shipping and Delivery Time;

  • 1- Standard Turnaround:

Since COVID-19 situation, Our normal turnaround will exceed from 12 business days to 25 business days.

  • 2- Rush Service:

If customer want their product earlier then there would be Rush Service Charges based on the delivery date. These charges will cost to the buyer as an extra service. Rush Service charges must be mentioned along with the product description in the invoice. It will be customer’s responsibility to make sure the turnaround or confirmed delivery date is mentioned in their invoice before they pay for the order.

Note: If confirmed delivery date is not mentioned in the invoice along with product description then turnaround of the order will be considered as Normal Turnaround*

Shipping & Handling Fees

CustomBoxesFor doesn’t charges any extra for shipping. All shipping costs are included in the cost of your order.


Product / Prices / Refunds

The prices you receive from are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only for 30 days. CustomBoxesFor offers all products on custom demand hence all sales are final at CustomBoxesFor doesn’t offer any refund or exchange of products. But if you receive a defective product from CustomBoxesFor, please contact us in 15 days after delivery date with details of the defect. If there would be any error in printing by CustomBoxesFor then orders would be printed with no extra cost. BUT offers No Refund for any product.

Approval Process

CustomBoxesFor approves order from customer by sending digital images of artwork/ graphics. It is customer’s responsibility to review/ examine the proofs. CustomBoxesFor will not be responsible for;

  • Spelling or grammar errors made by client.
  • Low-quality of low uploaded images.
  • Design errors or color selection errors introduced by the customer in the artwork file creation process.
  • Errors in user-selected options such product type, size, finishing options, or quantity.
  • Incorrect file dimensions, image orientation, or file submission in accordance with specifications.
  • Damage to the products arising after delivery to the customer.
  • Incorrect file layout for folding, scoring, die cutting.
  • Incorrect shipping address.

Return Policy

1- All orders are approved for printing before production. Please check and confirm that proof is perfect and there is no error in
it. Once customer approves an artwork then starts production. After production, will
not be liable for any mistake made by client in the artwork. So its customer’s responsibility to check the proof carefully.
2- CustomBoxesFor reserve the right to manufacture and ship an order from any location to meet deadlines, without prior
3- Since all items we sell are 100% custom made so we will not issue refund for the items which are being completed in production.
